• Manage day-to-day HR activities and employee lifecycle processes.
• Support employee engagement and HR initiatives.
• Assist in performance management and employee relations activities.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders and internal HR teams.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
• Maintain HR MIS and ensure timely reporting.
• Ensure adherence to HR policies and processes.
• Support various HR projects and organizational initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile

• MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
• 2+ years of relevant HR experience.
• Good understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good stakeholder management and coordination abilities.
• Proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
