Assistant Human Resource Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and onboarding new hires.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and issue resolution.
• Provide guidance on HR best practices to team members to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., operations) to identify areas for improvement in employee engagement and retention.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-3 years of experience in an HR role within the BPO industry.
• MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations or equivalent qualification.
• Strong understanding of HR analytics, HR MIS reporting tools, and ability to analyze data-driven insights.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills; proficiency in MS Office applications.
