What they need
- Assist the HR Manager in managing day-to-day HR operations.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment, interview coordination, selection, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
- Manage monthly payroll processing, including salary calculation, attendance inputs, deductions, incentives, overtime, and final settlements.
- Verify payroll data and ensure timely and accurate salary processing.
- Coordinate with Finance/Accounts for payroll disbursement and resolve salary-related queries.
- Manage statutory payroll compliance, including PF, ESI, Professional Tax, TDS, and other applicable deductions/returns.
- Prepare and maintain payroll reports, salary registers, and HR MIS.
- Handle employee grievances related to salary, attendance, leave, and other HR matters.
- Coordinate performance appraisals, employee evaluations, and salary revisions.
- Support employee training, development, and engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and applicable labor laws.
- Conduct joining and exit formalities, including full-and-final settlement.
- Prepare HR and payroll reports for management review.
- Coordinate with different departments regarding manpower requirements and employee-related matters.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and processes.
