(Assistant) Human Resources & Admin. Officer

About the role

This role provides full spectrum of quality HR support, including on & offboarding process, staff movement, HRIS maintenance, and employee engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Provide full spectrum of quality HR support, including but not limited to on & offboarding process, staff movement, HRIS maintenance, employee engagement, etc.
• Handle monthly payroll processing, MPF contributions, final payment calculations, taxation as well as other C&B related matters
• Support C&B operation and administration such as insurance management, leave administration and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Support the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying hiring needs to onboarding new employees
• Maintain accurate employee records and databases, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity
• Assist in developing internal HR policies and guidelines
• Support overall administration duties and general office administration of the company
• Provide support on ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
• At least 3-5 years’ relevant experience in all rounded Human Resources & administrative functions
• Familiar with Employment Ordinance and related legislation in HK
• Independent, detail-minded, mature and pleasant with strong inter-personal skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Candidates with more experience will be considered for Human Resource & Admin Officer
• Immediate availability would be a definite advantage
