Assistant Human Resources Manager

Responsibilities:

• Act as an HR Business Partner to designated business units, providing end-to-end advice and support across headcount planning, talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations.
• Leverage diverse sourcing channels and proactive recruitment strategies to accurately meet talent needs.
• Formulate and develop training strategies, and implement plans to support business goals and drive continuous improvement.
• Act as subject expert in driving operation excellency and continuous improvement
• Support HR process automation and re-engineering initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and user experience.
• Oversee monthly headcount tracking, leave administration, and HR data analytics to provide actionable insights for management decision-making.
• Contribute to ad-hoc HR projects and cross-functional initiatives to advance departmental and organizational goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or other related disciplines;
• At least 5 years or above relevant working experience and some experience in leading small team will be an advantage;
• Well-versed in HK Employment Ordinance and employee life cycle;
• Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing is a must;
• Strong business acumen, analytical mindset, and excellent interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders;
• Self-motivated, attention to details and strong sense of responsibility;
• Advantage will be given to candidates with experience in training delivery;
• Candidates with less experiences will be considered to the post of Senior Human Resources Officer
• Working location: Tseung Kwan O Industrial Estate (Shuttle Bus Services provide at TKO MTR Station)
