Assistant Human Resources Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Human Resources Manager to join our Group HR Team and serve as a trusted advisor to designated business units to address their day-to-day HR needs. In this role, you will support the smooth delivery of HR operations, lead end-to-end recruitment, drive HR digital transformation and guide junior staff members. Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive HR services to designated business units with a small team and contribute to effective communication on day-to-day HR-related matters with internal stakeholders
• Manage employment records by coordinating closely with junior members to ensure HR deliverables are timely, accurate and compliant with existing regulations.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, market-aligned compensation discussions till the onboarding
• Assist in driving continuous process improvements and digitalization to enhance HR service quality and improve employee experience
• Contribute to implementing strategic HR initiatives and deliver assigned departmental projects aligned with business growth
• Perform other duties and ad hoc assignments as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related discipline
• Well versed in HR-related Ordinances with minimum 8 years’ solid experience in in-house HR, preferably with exposure to HR operations and recruitment
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues at different levels
• Self-motivated, persistent in problem-solving, with strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent communicator in both English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
• Immediate availability will be a definite advantage
