Our HR department is seeking an Assistant Human Resources Manager to join our team in Bangkok, Thailand. In this position you will be A proactive and hands-on HR professional who can manage end-to-end HR operations and statutory compliance effectively.

What you’ll do:

• Manage full cycle of recruitment process including sourcing, reviewing applications, conducting interview sessions, performing candidate screening assessments, and issuing employment offers to successful candidates
• Plan, initiate, and organize employee engagement activities to enhance a positive employee experience/journey, as well as conduct onboarding programs for new hires
• Coordinate closely with the payroll service provider and take ownership of preparing and submitting government/statutory documentation, including Personal Income Tax (P.N.D.), Legal Execution Department (Student Loan / Garnishment), Social Security Fund (SSF), Provident Fund (PVF), Student Loan Fund (SLF/กยศ.), and other relevant statutory tasks
• Handle and oversee Visa and Work Permit processes for expatriate employees to ensure full compliance with immigration and labor regulations
• Manage and coordinate employee training and development initiatives efficiently
• Coordinate with regional HR team to implement regional HR initiatives and frameworks within the local market
• Support the HR Manager to execute HR strategies aligned with company goals and objectives

About you

To be successful in this role you will be:

• Solid experience in HR Generalist functions, with strong expertise in Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, and Statutory Compliance
• Strong knowledge and understanding of Thai Labour Law and employment regulations
• Hands-on experience in managing statutory payroll documentation and government filings (e.g., P.N.D., Social Security, Legal Execution, Provident Fund, SLF)
• Native Thai speaker with good working proficiency in English
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in the Automotive industry or Car Showroom business is preferred
• MS Office 365 is required
