We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Assistant HR Manager to join our growing Human Resources team. This role will work closely with the HR Director and management in strengthening HR programs, employee relations, talent management, workforce planning, and HR governance across our Head Office and warehouse operations.

What You'll Do

• Support the HR Director in implementing HR strategies, policies, and people programs.
• Oversee Employee Relations, Policy & Compliance, including employee cases, investigations, and disciplinary matters.
• Provide management support for Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Learning & Development, Succession, and Employee Experience.
• Lead workforce planning, organization development, manpower analysis, and organizational structure initiatives.
• Partner with department heads and warehouse leaders on people and workforce concerns.
• Monitor HR metrics, manpower trends, recruitment, attrition, employee relations, and other key HR indicators.
• Strengthen HR processes, policies, documentation, controls, and service standards.
• Coach and develop HR team members while ensuring effective coordination across HR functions.
• Support compliance with Philippine labor regulations and company policies.
• Conduct regular visits and provide HR support to our warehouses/business sites as needed.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of progressive HR experience, with exposure to multiple HR functions.
• At least 2 years of supervisory, team lead, or comparable experience.
• Strong background in Employee/Labor Relations, Talent Management, Performance Management, Workforce Planning, and HR Business Partnering.
• Good working knowledge of Philippine labor and employment practices.
• Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Experience in distribution, warehousing, manufacturing, consumer products, or multi-site operations is an advantage.
• Willing to travel to warehouses/business sites as required.
• Highly organized, discreet, results-oriented, and able to handle sensitive employee and management matters.
