Assistant Human Resources Manager - Generalist

About the role

To support the HR Manager in managing daily HR operations and ensuring effective implementation of HR policies, employee relations, recruitment, training, performance management, and HR administration.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily HR administration, employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
• Support onboarding, confirmation, transfer, promotion, and resignation processes.
• Ensure HR policies and SOPs are properly implemented.
• Coordinate recruitment activities from sourcing to onboarding.
• Conduct CV screening and initial interviews.
• Monitor manpower requirements and recruitment progress.
• Handle employee inquiries, grievances, and workplace concerns.
• Support disciplinary and counselling processes.
• Maintain positive employee relations and workplace culture.
• Coordinate training programs and annual training calendars.

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Psychology, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Good knowledge of Indonesian employment regulations.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or HRIS.
• High integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
