Assistant Human Resources Manager / Human Resources Manager

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted business partner to collaborate with Business Unit/Department Heads on talent acquisition, workforce planning, organization design, and employee relations
• Manage the full employee lifecycle for designated units, including talent sourcing, interviewing, selection, offer management, onboarding, and all related employee movement processes, ensuring a positive employee experience throughout the employment journey
• Provide professional advice on employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions, grievance handling, and employee conduct issues, ensuring compliance with company policies and the employment legislation
• Implement HR projects and initiatives, including HR digitalization and process improvement programs, as well as reviewing HR policies and procedures, to enhance operational efficiency and alignment with organizational objectives
• Administer and collaborate with C&B on the annual budget, performance appraisal, bonus, and salary review processes
• Handle any ad hoc projects as assigned

About you

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 8 years of relevant HR experience in listed or large-scale organizations, with exposure in hospitality industry is an added value
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Demonstrated project management, problem-solving, decision-making and organizational skills
• Sound knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices, with good business acumen
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
