Assistant Human Resources Officer

Responsibilities:

• Oversee comprehensive HR functions including recruitment, compensation, and benefits administration
• Prepare and issue official announcements to ensure accurate and timely communication with all employees
• Ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of HR functions, including coordinating activities, maintaining compliance with policies, and supporting the overall employee lifecycle
• Coordinate corporate events including annual dinner, Lunar New Year and Christmas celebrations
• Execute various ad-hoc HR initiatives as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines;
• At least 2 years solid experience in HR functions;
• Excellent in written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Proactive, smart, detail oriented and good presentation skills;
• Creative mindset with strong sense of layout design;
• Proficient in using MS Office and Chinese Word Processing;
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
