Assistant Human Resources Officer

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for assisting full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to new staff on-boarding and departure processes, payroll processing, performance management, employee relations for designated functions;
• Responsible for roster scheduling and updates；
• Handle colleagues’ enquiries in a timely and professional manner;
• Maintain staff records and manage data in HRIS on regular basis;
• Assist in recruitment process and preparation;
• Prepare HR reports and analysis for management review;
• Handle ad hoc duties and projects as assigned

• Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines;
• Minimum 1 years of relevant working experience;
• Sound knowledge in HR practices, labor ordinance & related legal regulatory;
• Strong problem-solving, detail-minded, organizational, communication and interpersonal skills;
• Can do attitude, able to work under pressure and cope with a fast-paced environment;
• Excellent command of spoken and written English & Chinese;

Less experience will be considered as Human Resources Assistant
