Assistant Human Resources Officer (Ref: AHRO - HRDP)

(Working Location : Wan Chai)

Responsibilities:

• To assist in full spectrum of HR duties, including recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations, training and development;
• To update and maintain HRIS;
• To provide support in general HR administration work;
• To perform other ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Higher diploma or above with at least 3 year’s HR experience, preferably gained in NGO sector;
• Knowledgeable of Employment Ordinance;
• Good command of MS Office (Word & Excel) and Chinese Word Processing.
