Assistant Human Resources Officer/ Officer (Recruitment)

Responsibilities：

• Responsible for daily HR functions focusing on recruiting both office and frontline staff including job posting, staffing and selection, on & off boarding and staff retention;
• Explore and identify hiring channels and platforms for talent attraction and sourcing;
• Work closely with line managers to better understand the hiring needs;
• Execute recruitment projects including recruitment talks, interview and job fairs;
• Prepare HR reports such as staff turnover analysis and recruitment status, maintain candidate database;
• Assist in reviewing and enhancing HR policies, procedures to ensure compliance and operational efficiencies;
• Participate in ad hoc related projects or other duties as assigned.

Requirements：

• Diploma or above preferably in HRM or related disciplines;
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably from property management companies;
• Proactive and self-driven, with ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment;
• Good knowledge of HK Employment Ordinance
• Proficient in MS Office, preferably with advanced Excel skills
• Applicants with more experience will be considered as Human Resources Officer
• Immediately available would be an advantage
