Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, scheduling, and management of HVAC construction projects from pre-construction through completion.
• Support in preparing submittals, RFIs, change orders, and other project documentation.
• Track project progress and update schedules and reports.
• Attend project meetings and document key takeaways, decisions, and follow-up items.
• Ensure all work is performed in compliance with company standards, safety guidelines, and contract specifications.
• Help maintain communication between the office, field team, and our clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field is REQUIRED
• 0–3 years of experience in project management role, or in the HVAC field
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, or similar) is a plus.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
