About the Role: We are seeking compassionate and skilled female support workers/AINs to join our team. This role involves:

• Assisting clients with daily living activities and personal care
• Supporting clients in achieving their personal goals and independence
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals and families
• Ensuring a safe and inclusive environment for all clients

Skills & Experience:

• Must have a car and a Valid Driving License
• Police Check
• NDIS Check
• Working with Children Check
• Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or Ageing Support.
• First Aid and CPR certification.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• A commitment to empathy and client-centred care.
• Competent in documentation including case notes and incident reporting
