Assistant Income Audit Supervisor

Energetic and motivated professionals are invited to join the team of a deluxe 688-room hotel / serviced apartment complex in Ting Kau. The property is one of the subsidiaries of Sun Hung Kai Properties Limited. We are now inviting high caliber candidates to fill the following position.

Job Description

• Generate daily audit and revenue reports to analyze the hotel’s financial performance and identify discrepancies.
• Oversee daily income audit processes, including processing payment link transactions, billing, and managing invoices and vouchers to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain accurate records and produce regular financial reports for management review, supporting informed decision-making.
• Perform other tasks as directed by the Supervisor, contributing to the overall efficiency of the accounting department.

Job Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in income audit or related roles within the hotel industry, demonstrating a solid understanding of financial processes.
• Familiarity with month-end closing processes, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance.
• Responsible, diligent, and possessing strong communication skills for effective collaboration.
• Proficient in using accounting systems such as Opera or Sun 6 for efficient financial management.
