Assistant - Industrial Engineering

Qualifications:

1. Min 1.5 year experience in manufacturing company, especially in production related
2. Have kaizen in previous factory
3. Willing to work in the shifting pattern
4. Good analytical thinking, attention to detail, systematic thinking
5. Able to speak and written in English, good for basic conversation.
6. Dynamic Working experience

Job description:

1. Coordinate with production team, Planning team
2. Create daily and weekly preparation plan
3. Do problem solving at the rate of production by using basic lean tools and IE tools
4. Kaizen mindset by having idea of improvement
5. Design suitable work aids and attachment for particular style
