Duties & Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Intermediaries Division that is responsible for licensing and supervising intermediaries, the successful candidate is expected to provide a full range of secretarial and administrative support to executives, and assist in managing ad hoc tasks whenever necessary.

Requirements:

• Completed HKCEE / HKDSE with formal secretarial training
• A minimum of 1 year of secretarial experience, preferably in financial service industry or professional firms
• Proficiency in PC applications, including good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing
• Knowledge of website maintenance will be an advantage
• Strong organization and coordination skills
• Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to take on multiple tasks and know how to prioritize and work under pressure
• Hardworking with a strong sense of responsibility and integrity
• Excellent command of English, and good knowledge of Putonghua is a plus
