To support ongoing business growth and digital transformation initiatives, they are seeking an Assistant IT Manager to oversee supply chain technology solutions and system integration projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead IT projects and coordinate with business and technical stakeholders
• Gather requirements, manage project timelines, and perform risk assessment
• Manage and mentor a team of programmers and technical professionals
• Oversee the enhancement and maintenance of logistics, warehouse, and supply chain systems
• Support EDI operations, troubleshooting, system integration, and issue resolution
• Participate in API integration and system interoperability projects
• Conduct UAT, maintain testing documentation, and support system implementation activities
• Collaborate with regional and global teams to align technology solutions with business needs
• Ensure system stability, security, and operational efficiency across key platforms

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain, or related disciplines
• Solid experience in logistics, supply chain, 3PL, or warehouse management environments
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in EDI, XML, API integration, or related technologies
• Experience managing system implementation, enhancement, or digital transformation projects
• Knowledge of logistics, transportation, warehouse management, or supply chain solutions
• PMP, Agile, or related project management certifications are advantageous
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience leading teams or mentoring junior staff is preferred
• Good command of English and Mandarin
