Responsibilities:

• Supervise small team on daily operations and provide directions and guidance.
• Ensure IT system including hardware equipment/network to provide operational stability, security and disaster recovery support/maintenance.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Oversee the day-to-day Data Centre facilities management and operations.
• Manage IT budgets, vendors, contracts, and service delivery performance.
• Ensure IT-related compliances and controls applicable documentations are in place.
• Propose and execute IT strategies e.g. system capacity planning/resource requirements to meet existing/future requirements and compliances.
• Oversee Veeam backup software and ensure data protection
• Timely escalate critical incidents to the management team
• Perform ad hoc duties/support services/projects as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Information Technology or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experiences
• Strong technical support skills including troubleshooting, performance tuning, capacity planning, monitoring tools recommendation, customization, deployment and usage.
• Platform/O365/AWS administration and Active Directory infrastructure, VMWare Platform, Cisco Switches/wireless controllers & access Points, Windows server environment and Domain Control.
• Knowledge on security best practice (e.g. ISO27001, PCI DSS) on cloud computing and network is preferred but not a must.
• Knowledge of Database system/tools (e.g. Microsoft SQL, HTML, CSS, JS, Java, Python) will be an advantage.
• Holder of professional certificates (e.g. ITIL, CCNA, MCSE, MCITP or CISA) is welcome.
• Strong project management, problem-solving and interpersonal communication skills will be an advantage.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Candidate with immediate availability is highly preferred
