Assistant IT&T Sales Director [Fixed Line | Network Services]

Our client is one of the Largest Hong Kong IT&T Solution Providers in the market with a strong portfolio of innovative solutions. They are currently seeking an Assistant Sales Director with direct telecom, data center or related solutions to join and manage their growing teams.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a high-performing sales team
• Drive growth across the FSI client segment
• Engage senior level client stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions across Business Broadband, MetroNet, Data Center Infrastructure, SD-WAN, DIA, IoT solutions
• Managed entire sales lifecycle: from generating leads and qualifying prospects, to collaborating with cross-functional teams in pre-sales & delivery.
• Own RFP processes, negotiate contracts, and close deals
• Build and maintain C-level relationships and acting as a trusted advisor

Requirements:

• 8-10 years of direct sales experience within IT solutions & telecommunication domains
• Proven track record and sound knowledge in domains related to business broadband, MetroNet, data center infrastructure, SD-WAN, IoT solutions etc
• Direct experience with RFPs and tenders
• Capable of managing mid-to-large scale teams
• Highly driven and can thrive in fast-paced environments
• Fluent trilingual communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
