Assistant Key Account Manager

• Handle customers and manage product information and promotion plans in line with company guidelines, including coordinating and conducting business meetings with customers.
• Prepare Customer Business Plans (CBP), including annual and monthly sales and spending estimates, to achieve company budgets and targets.
• Track and monitor daily sales performance, follow up with customers on purchase sales, and recover gaps through action plans.
• Achieve budget targets and manage both sales and spending to deliver company profit targets (%MI and MI Amount).
• Improve business profitability through promotion evaluation and analysis of sell-out performance using SAP, NIQ, and other available data.
• Support the Customer Project by coordinating with customers to ensure smooth operations and business growth.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.

• 3-5 years of experience in Customer Management.

• Preferred experience in the FMCG industry, particularly with accounts in the CVS channel.

• Good command of spoken and written English.

• Good Excel skills, including Pivot Tables; knowledge of Power BI is preferred.

• Good presentation skills using PowerPoint and Canva; experience with AI tools is a plus.

• Preferred experience in using Nielsen data, Egg Digital data, or similar sources for promotion evaluation and spending efficiency analysis.
