Assistant Key Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking an Assistant Key Account Manager to join the sales team at HIGH WIN PACKAGING LIMITED. This is a full-time position based in Kowloon Bay, Kwun Tong District. In this role, you will support the development and management of key client relationships, working closely with key account managerd to ensure exceptional service delivery and drive business growth. You will play a vital part in maintaining and expanding our most important client partnerships, contributing directly to the company's commercial success.

Key responsibilities

• Account Support & Growth: Assist in managing assigned key accounts, driving sell-in, sell-out, stock monitoring.
• Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Prepare sales forecasts, order proposals, pricing calculations, and periodic business review reports.
• Trade Marketing & Promotions: Help plan, coordinate, and execute promotional activities, product listings, and new product launches.
• Internal Coordination: Work closely with supply chain, marketing, finance, and category teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and issue resolution.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as an operational point of contact for buyer assistants, store contacts, or distributors, and maintain CRM/sales system records.
• Assist key account manager on daily work, help to follow clients’ needs, prepare sales quotation etc

What we're looking for

• 1 year working experience
• DSE / Form 7 or above
• Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and photoshop
• experience with ERP systems
