• Utilize retail math skills to assist in inventory management, pricing strategies, and sales analysis.
• Maintain an organized work environment that fosters teamwork and productivity.
• Collaborate with the management team to implement promotional strategies that drive sales growth.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or in a supervisory role within a retail or customer service environment is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers and staff.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on team collaboration and customer satisfaction.
• Familiarity with retail math concepts to support pricing decisions and inventory control.
