Assistant Kitchen Supervisor

Chow Buddies Ltd, is hiring. Applicants must reside in or around Wuse II.

Job Responsibilities;

• Assist the Kitchen Supervisor in overseeing daily kitchen operations and ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
• Supervise and support kitchen staff, monitor attendance, performance, discipline, and teamwork.
• Monitor food preparation, portioning, quality, and presentation to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Assist with stock taking, inventory management, proper storage, ordering, and minimizing food wastage.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and kitchen safety standards at all times.
• Support the Kitchen Supervisor in resolving operational issues, training staff, maintaining cleanliness, and preparing daily kitchen reports.

Job Requirements;

• Minimum of OND, or equivalent qualification, with 1–2 years of experience in a fast-food or commercial kitchen.
• Good knowledge of food preparation, kitchen operations, food safety, hygiene, stock management, and staff supervision.
• Applicants must reside in or around Wuse II, particularly the Adetokunbo Ademola axis, and be willing to work flexible shifts.

Pay: ₦120,000.00 per month
