Assistant Laundry Manager

• Oversee daily laundry operations, ensuring seamless workflow and timely delivery of clean linens and garments.
• Supervise and train laundry staff, fostering a productive and quality-focused work environment.
• Implement and maintain rigorous quality control standards for all laundry processes, from washing to finishing.
• Manage inventory of laundry supplies, chemicals, and equipment, ensuring optimal stock levels and cost-effectiveness.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Possesses a High School Diploma or equivalent; vocational training in hospitality or textile care is a plus.
• Candidate Must have a Commercial Laundry Experience
• Has 2-4 years of progressive experience in a laundry or textile care environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
• Demonstrates a strong understanding of laundry chemicals, machinery operation, and stain removal techniques.
• Proficient in inventory management software and basic Microsoft Office applications.
