Assistant Learning & Development Manager

Responsibilities：

·         Collaborate with internal business partners and jewellery team to conduct learning needs assessments and identify performance gaps

·         Design and develop learning solutions to meet designated objectives at local and regional levels

·         Manage internal and external mystery shopper program for service excellence

·         Coach the frontline sales team to drive exceptional sales through story-telling and customer engagement

·         Perform follow-up and provide feedback to the team to ensure proper application of knowledge and skills gained from training / coaching

·         Evaluate training progress and effectiveness, adjust programs based on the evaluation results and share best practices with sales team

·         Assist Learning & Development Manager on daily training operations

Requirements：

·         Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management and related disciplines

·         Minimum 6 years of training experience working in retail or service industry focusing on frontline training is essential

·         High flexibility, proactive and a great team player

·         Presentable and articulate with good interpersonal and communication skills

·         Strong time management and organizational skills, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

·         Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin

·         Proficient in computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing

·         Candidate with more experience will be considered as Learning & Development Manager
