Assistant Leasing Manager

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and manage commercial lease agreements, ensuring the best possible terms for the company
• Coordinate lease renewals and manage lease expiry timelines to ensure continuity and cost-effectiveness
• Support lease negotiations and documentation processes with landlords and agents
• Manage leasing administration and prepare tenancy-related documents for commercial, industrial, and retail shops
• Maintain and update lease records, rental schedules, and market intelligence databases
• Handle inquiries and complaints and maintain good relationships with tenants

Requirements

• Degree or Higher Diploma holder in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related disciplines is an advantage
• Minimum 3 years' experience in retail leasing
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, proactive, and dynamic with good communication and presentation skills
• Experience in coordinating renovation/fitting-out projects is highly desirable
• Hands-on PC skills, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
