Assistant Leasing Manager (STREL 1900)

Oversees a portfolio of investment properties in Hong Kong and Macau.

Job Duties:

• Assist Leasing Manager to provide a full range of asset management services at the highest standards.
• Maintains a high occupancy rate for investment properties within the portfolio whilst maximising return on investment.
• For retail properties, maintains a good mix of tenants appropriate for the market positioning, achieves target rentals and maximises return.
• Takes part in ad hoc and new projects for the improvement of the properties as and when required.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Real Estate, Surveying, Marketing, Business or related disciplines, or equivalent academic qualifications
• Minimum 5 years' relevant managerial experience in Leasing of shopping malls with major developers and/or real estate agencies in Hong Kong.
• Strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Strong sense of market, and attention to details.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese; proficient in Putonghua and English.
