What they need
Role & responsibilities :
Preparation of daily stock, QC Data and Maintain Sales Orders on time.
Preparation and submission of shipping documents.
Ensure Customer satisfaction.
Ensure Continuous supply of products to Customer.
Ensure Pre and Post Sale Process Compliances.
Preparation of EIA & MPEDA documentation
Preferred candidate profile
2.3 Preparation of QC, if offered QC loading in the container, match the same details, which offered earlier.
2.4 Shipping bill checking in NSDL portal and submission.
2.5 Shipping instruction to be submit with the shipping lines for the BL.
2.6 Arrange invoices for the accountings and follow up for the OBL. Once received payment surrender the OBL.
2.7 Obtain CHA bills for the clearance and transportation
2.8 Preparation of E way bill for all the shipments i.e Surimi, Fish Meal and Transfer material to outside storage and Inter unit transfer.
Keep E-way bill data for the reconciliation
