Assistant Logistic Manager

Trio Engineering Company Limited is a member of Trio Industrial Electronics Group Limited (Stock code: 1710). We position ourselves as a world class industrial electronics manufacturer, with headquarters in Hong Kong and production facilities in Guangzhou, the PRC & Rayong, Thailand and Waterford, Ireland. Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily warehouse operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Lead and support the warehouse team in order picking, packing, and shipping
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate monthly stock take
• Ensure accuracy in shipping documentation and system data entry
• Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization
• Enforce safety and operational procedures to maintain a secure working environment
• Liaise with internal departments and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery

Requirement:

• HKCEE or HKDSE; diploma in logistics or related discipline is an advantage
• Minimum 3 years of warehouse experience, with 1 year in a supervisory role
• Experience in electronic components field is preferred but not essential.
• Familiar with systems and warehouse management software
• Good PC skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) and strong leadership and communication skills
• Responsible, detail-minded, proactive, and able to lead a team effectively
• Fair in spoken & written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
