Assistant Logistics Manager - Pricing & Solution

Job Descriptions:
Manage and respond to RFQs (Request for Quotations), including solution design, pricing coordination, and proposal preparation

Collaborate with internal departments (operations, IT, finance, legal) to develop feasible and competitive logistics solutions

Coordinate and monitor project implementation, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with customer expectation

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for new service offering

Provide administrative support to the General Manager for ad hoc activities, tasks and projects as assigned

Requirement:
Higher Diploma holder in Logistics, supply chain or business management

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in logistics or supply chain operations

Analytical mindset with strong problem solving abilities

Self-motivated, strong negotiation, interpersonal & communication skills

Proficient in MS Office and logistics software (eg. WMS)

Fluent in English and Cantonese, Mandarin / Japanese is a plus

Immediate available is highly preferred

Remuneration Package:
5-day work week

Overtime Allowance $60/hour

Monthly Traffic Allowance $460 or above

Guarantee 13-month Salary (w/ Double pay)

Discretionary Bonus

9 days Annual Leave (up to 21 days)
