Assistant Machine Operator

Role & responsibilities

• Operate and assist in running production machines as per standard operating procedures.
• Monitor machine performance and report any abnormalities or breakdowns to the supervisor.
• Perform basic machine setup, cleaning, and routine maintenance activities.
• Inspect products during production to ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist in loading/unloading materials and maintain production records as required.

Preferred candidate profile

• ITI (Fitter) qualification from a recognized institute.
• Basic knowledge of machine operations, fitting, and maintenance activities.
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments.
• Understanding of workplace safety practices and quality standards.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Willingness to work in shifts and adapt to a production environment.
