Assistant- Maintenance

We are looking for a skilled Assistant- Maintenance (Pharma, Biologics and Medical Device Facility) with 2 to 5 years of experience to join our team at Aurobindo Pharma Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical and fitting maintenance.

Roles and Responsibility

• Assist in maintaining pharmaceutical, biologics, and medical devices facilities.

• Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure equipment efficiency and safety.

• Collaborate with the maintenance team to resolve technical issues and improve processes.

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.

• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential maintenance needs.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance, preferably in a pharmaceutical or biologics facility.

• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including fitting and welding procedures.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.
