We’re looking for a hands-on Assistant Maintenance Manager to help lead our maintenance team and keep our manufacturing operations running safely, efficiently, and reliably.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced maintenance professional who is ready to step into a leadership role, develop a team, troubleshoot complex equipment, and drive continuous improvement.

🔩 What You’ll Do

• Lead and support preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance
• Supervise, coach, and develop maintenance technicians
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, PLC, and equipment issues
• Coordinate maintenance schedules to minimize production downtime
• Partner with Production & Engineering to improve equipment reliability
• Support equipment installations, capital projects, and facility upgrades
• Manage maintenance documentation, CMMS records, and spare-parts inventory
• Promote a strong safety and continuous-improvement culture
• Identify issues before they become downtime and implement solutions

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• 5–7 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• 1–3 years of supervisory/team-lead experience preferred
• Strong mechanical, electrical, PLC, and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with CMMS
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field preferred

⚠️ MUST HAVE PRIOR EXPERIENCE WORKING IN A MANUFACTURING ENVIRONMENT

⭐ Bonus: Experience in aerospace, automotive, electronics, PCB/PCBA, or other high-volume manufacturing environments. Lean/Six Sigma experience is a plus.
