Assistant Maintenance Manager

Role and Responsibilities -

Process Control knowledge, and strong electrical & mechanical aptitude familiar with good organization skill.

Working experience in installation, troubleshooting of Injection Moulding machine and its auxiliary systems.

Working experience in installation, troubleshooting of paint shop & its auxiliary’s systems.

Working experience in installation, troubleshooting of Utility equipment’s ETP,WTP, STP, RO/DM, HWG, DG, Compressor, Chiller, LPG bank, PNG MRS, Fire Hydrant System, HWG, Lifts, and Scissor lifts, Dock leveller, Forklift, Stacker operation and maintenance.

Responsible for design/Selecting for the plant machinery, run simulation implementation, commissioning and programming.

Project Management: - Internal & External planning & execution.

Practicing & ensuring daily work management & facilitating team to resolve DWM point.

Budget Planning & controlling.

Preparation and adherence of Preventive maintenance plan & Shut down Maintenance plan.

Preparation and adherence of Power fuel and Repair maintenance cost.

Responsible for training & development of sub-ordinate & groom them to meet future challengers.

Involve with team to root cause analysis of breakdown.

Breakdown / Preventive / Predictive Maintenance / Condition Monitoring.

Manuals & right Spare part management to reduce breakdown.

Make suggestions for improvement in areas of cost reduction and processes.

Knowledge & Hands on experience on Maintenance System, SAP

Maintaining documents for Internal/External audit like IATF 16949, OHSAS 18001 and VSA.

Maintaining of Quality / Environment Systems.
