Assistant Maintenance Manager (Night Shift)

We are looking for a committed and hands-on Assistant Maintenance Manager (Night Shift) to support the reliability of our concrete production operations by leading our night maintenance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of fitters, mechanics and maintenance staff during the night shift
• Ensure all maintenance activities are carried out safely and in compliance with Company safety requirements
• Plan and execute equipment inspections, preventive maintenance and repair works
• Drive improvements in maintenance quality and equipment reliability
• Strengthen preventive maintenance practices to reduce breakdowns and production interruptions during daytime operations
• Promote a positive, cooperative and accountable team culture
• Coordinate closely with plant operations and management teams to ensure smooth plant operations
• Investigate equipment failures and implement corrective actions
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant performance and maintenance effectiveness
• Undertake any other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years' relevant maintenance experience, preferably with heavy machinery or industrial plant operations
• Supervisory experience in maintenance teams is preferred
• Good knowledge of maintenance practices, troubleshooting and preventive maintenance systems
• Strong commitment to safety leadership
• Good leadership, communication and team-building skills
• Self-motivated, responsible and able to work independently
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English

Working Hours

• Start work at 3:00 p.m.
• Finish at around 12:00 midnight, or upon completion of maintenance works
• Flexible working hours depending on operational requirements
