Assistant Maintenance Officer – Tenancy Management Team

Key Responsibilities: -

• Coordinating repair and maintenance works of a portfolio of properties
• Conducting inspection of properties and prepare reports
• Handle handover or takeover of properties
• Prepare and review invitation to quote/tender, monitor the progress and quality of repair and maintenance work

Qualification Requirements: -

• Diploma holder or above with 1 year working experience, candidate with knowledge of repair and maintenance will be preferred
• Familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel and Chinese Word Processing
