Assistant Maintenance Supervisor

FULL-TIME Assistant Maintenance Supervisor wanted for The Landings of Halfmoon , a staple community to Halfmoon for over 25 years.

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Assistant Maintenance Supervisor to support the Maintenance Supervisor in the day-to-day operation of the maintenance department. This position will assist with coordinating and completing service requests, apartment turns, preventative maintenance, property inspections, and maintaining community standards. The ideal candidate is a strong technician who can help provide direction and support to the maintenance team and is ready to take the next step in their career.

Qualifications:

Minimum two (2) years of multifamily maintenance experience required

Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, and general building maintenance

Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently

Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills

Ability to assist in leading, prioritizing, and coordinating the daily workload of the maintenance team

Must participate in the on-call rotation
