Assistant Manager - Aadahar Operations

Job Summary

We are looking for a Aadhaar Seva Kendra Operations to manage end-to-end ASK operations, including centre setup, operator placement, day-to-day operations, business transactions, account-related activities, and achievement of assigned operational and business targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end operations of Aadhaar Seva Kendra (ASK), including centre setup and operational readiness.
• Coordinate deployment, placement, onboarding and day-to-day management of ASK operators.
• Monitor ASK business transactions and ensure achievement of assigned operational and business targets.
• Ensure smooth functioning of ASK centres and adherence to prescribed operational processes and guidelines.
• Handle account-related activities, reconciliations, transaction monitoring and related operational documentation.
• Track centre-wise and operator-wise performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with internal teams, field teams, operators and other stakeholders for resolution of operational issues.
• Ensure timely reporting of business, transaction and operational performance.
• Monitor compliance with applicable processes, service standards and documentation requirements.
• Identify operational gaps and take corrective actions to improve productivity and customer service.
• Support expansion, activation and operationalisation of ASK centres as required.
• Prepare MIS and periodic reports related to ASK operations, transactions and target achievement.
• Perform any other operational responsibilities assigned by the reporting manager.

Required Skills

• Strong ASK/Aadhaar Operations Management skills.
• Good understanding of business transactions and account-related operations.
• Strong MIS, reporting and data analysis capabilities.
• Good MS Excel skills, including data management, reporting and basic analytical functions.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage operators and field-level teams effectively.
• Target-oriented approach with strong execution and follow-up skills.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple centres, activities and priorities simultaneously.
• Good understanding of operational compliance and process management.
• Willingness to travel to ASK centres/field locations, as required.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in Aadhaar Seva Kendra, CSC operations, banking operations, financial services, customer service centres, field operations or similar service-delivery environments will be preferred.
