Assistant Manager [Academy Operations & Capability Development/Govt]

• **Location:**Pasir Panjang
• Working Hours: 8.30am - 6pm (Mon-Thu) & 8.30am - 5.30pm (Fri)
• Salary: Up to $6,475 per month
• Duration:1 Year

Key Responsibilities:

• Support capability development initiatives and provide administrative and secretariat support.
• Assist with the management of budgets and training funds.
• Manage learning and development systems, including Workday and LEARN.
• Support learning analytics and dashboard development using Tableau.
• Explore and implement AI tools to automate processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Coordinate knowledge-sharing sessions and learning initiatives.

Job Requirements:

• Singaporean only.
• Minimum a degree with 8-12 years of experience in learning & development, training management, or capability development.
• Prior experience in budget management and data analytics skills.
• Experience with learning management systems such as Workday and LEARN.
