  • Team Leadership: Serve as a primary mentor for Accounting/Billing Specialists, provide daily guidance for the accounting department, train others, deliver performance feedback, and foster team bonding efforts.
  • Cross-Functional Communication: Act as the main point of contact for client billing inquiries and internal departmental coordination; demonstrate ability to explain complex financial details to non-accounting teams.
  • Problem Escalation: Monitor irregularities, resolve standard disputes, and strategically escalate high-risk financial anomalies to senior leadership.
  • Continuous Improvement: Monitor workloads to identify barriers to success/stop gaps, provide efficiency suggestions, and provide monthly updates to senior leadership.
