Role Description

In this role, you will serve as a Virtual Finance Controller for adiverse range of clients across multiple industries. This position offers youthe opportunity to gain valuable insights into different operational models andthe challenges they face. In parallel, you'll thrive in a dynamic consultingenvironment, where you can develop your expertise while making a meaningfulimpact on our clients' financial strategies.

Key Result Areas:

1. Robust Delivery
   

• Ensuring accountingrecords are prepared reviewed in accordance with applicable rules andregulations.
• Drive transparency withaccurate monthly closure of books and timely submission of periodic MIS.

2. Audit, Governance and Risk Management
   

• Ensuring sound qualityof financial statements, tax audit reports and income tax calculations.
• Ensure timely closure ofaudits with close coordination with relevant stakeholders to reinforcefinancial integrity and regulatory adherence.
• Mitigate legal compliance risks by ensuring adherence to applicable statutory compliances

3. StrongClient Management
   

• Strengthening clientrelationships through proactive engagement, communication and periodicgovernance
• Foster retention andgrowth within the assigned portfolio.

4. Impactful leader
   

• Oversee team management,focusing on retention and professional development.
• Strong cross functionalcollaboration to provide comprehensive support to clients

5. Effective Practice Management
   

• Ensure adherence toorganizational policies.
• Strong control over theclient portfolio to manage revenue, cost, GP collections of the assignedportfolio
• Own lead effectiveexecution of the process improvement and digital transformation projects

Required Competencies, Skills,and Experience

• Expertise in IGAAP, Working knowledge of Transfer Pricing, Direct Indirect Taxation, Company Law FEMA. Good to have the knowledge ofIFRS/USGAAP/INDAS
• Proficient in MS Office Especially Excel Tally or any otheraccounting software.
• Confident, Strong communication skill set, Leadership ClientHandling capabilities, Problem Solving Decision making, Quick learner,blend for tech transformation and entrepreneurial mind set
