Job Description

• Early-stage Assistant Manager role supporting Accounting and FP&A functions
• Focus on financial reporting, analysis, and process support • Work closely with senior team members and stakeholders on day-to-day finance operations
• Exposure to US GAAP and client-facing environment Key Responsibilities
• Prepare financial reports and basic variance analysis • Support monthly/quarterly close processes
• Maintain general ledger accuracy and financial records • Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities
• Perform data analysis and reporting support
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP
• Work on data consolidation and reporting accuracy
• Support process improvements and automation initiatives
• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders for data requirements
• Assist senior team in financial planning and analysis activities

Required Skills (Mandatory)

• Experience in Accounting and basic FP&A

• Knowledge of US GAAP

• Hands-on experience with MS Dynamics / Dynamics 365 (mandatory) • Strong Excel skills (reporting, data handling)

• Exposure to financial reporting and analysis

• Basic client interaction experience (preferred)
