Assistant Manager - Accounts & Finance

Role & responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy of financial statements and accounting records.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
• Support statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits.
• Monitor compliance with accounting standards, statutory regulations, and internal policies.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and review general ledger accounts.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Strengthen internal controls and drive process improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for financial reporting and compliance requirements.
• Support management reporting and finance transformation projects.

Preferred candidate profile

• Qualified CA pass-out with 1-4 Years of experience.
• Exposure to Financial Reporting, Controllership, Accounting, or Audit
• Strong understanding of Accounting Standards (Ind AS)
• Exposure to Controllership, Financial Reporting, Audit, Accounting, or Compliance.
• Strong understanding of accounting standards and financial controls
• Good analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
