Assistant Manager Accounts

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounting operations for centralized retail counters.
• Verify daily retail sales, receipts, cash collections, UPI/card transactions, and bank deposits.
• Monitor customer payments, receivables, and vendor payments.
• Prepare and review GST invoices, debit notes, credit notes, and e-invoices.
• Ensure timely GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliance.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly bank reconciliations.
• Monitor inventory valuation and coordinate with stores for stock reconciliation.
• Prepare monthly Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheet schedules, and cash flow reports.
• Generate daily and monthly MIS reports for management.
• Supervise the accounts team and ensure accounting accuracy.
• Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.
• Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules.
• Ensure adherence to company financial policies and internal controls.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
