Key Responsibilities

• Handle purchase, sales, manufacturing, payroll, journal, and general accounting entries.

• Manage GST workings, GSTR-1, GSTR-3B filing, and GSTR-2B reconciliation.

• Handle TDS calculations, payments, and return filing.

• Prepare monthly stock statements and bank-related reports.

• Manage OD/CC limit renewal, enhancement documentation, and bank coordination.

• Scrutinize ledgers and prepare debit/credit outstanding statements.

• Perform bank, vendor, customer, and stock reconciliations.

• Handle government notices and coordinate timely replies with consultants.

• Maintain accounting records and support internal, statutory, and tax audits.

• Coordinate with banks, auditors, tax consultants, and internal departments.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• B.Com / M.Com in Accounts or Finance.

• Relevant experience in accounting, taxation, and banking operations.

• Working knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel.

• Knowledge of GST, TDS, inventory, and manufacturing accounting.

• Good communication, coordination, and reconciliation skills.

• Experience in the manufacturing or chemical industry will be preferred.

SALARY RANGE 30K TO 50K

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
