We are seeking an experienced finance professional to take on a leadership role in managing Accounts Payable and Finance Operations , while driving service excellence, process efficiency and team performance.

📍 Location - Orion City, Colombo 09 | On-site

🕒 Working Hours - 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

📆 Calendar - Sri Lankan

🔹 Key Responsibilities

▪️ Lead and oversee Accounts Payable & Finance Operations

▪️ Manage high-volume invoice processing and end-to-end AP activities

▪️ Lead, coach and develop the team to achieve KPIs and operational targets

▪️ Build and maintain strong client & stakeholder relationships

▪️ Manage client queries, escalations and ensure timely resolution

▪️ Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies

▪️ Ensure compliance with accounting, tax and IRD requirements

🔹 What We’re Looking For

✅ 6+ years of experience in Accounting & Finance , with strong AP exposure

✅ Fully qualified CA / ACCA / CIMA

✅ Hands-on experience in Accounts Payable and Invoice Processing

✅ Hands-on SAP experience is mandatory

✅ A Master’s degree or currently pursuing a Master’s degree is preferred

✅ Good knowledge of Sri Lankan taxation and IRD-related matters

✅ Proven people management and leadership experience

✅ Strong client and stakeholder management capabilities
