Assistant Manager - Audit and Assurance

We are a well-established mid-tier CPA firm providing a full range of professional audit, assurance, and advisory services to clients across various industries. To support our continued growth, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our audit team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee audit engagements for a portfolio of clients.

• Lead, coach, and review the work of audit team members to ensure high-quality deliverables.

• Maintain effective communication with clients and provide sound technical and business advice.

• Ensure compliance with audit and accounting standards, firm policies, and regulatory requirements.

• Support in staff development, training, and performance reviews.

• Assist in the implementation of process improvements within the audit department.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.

• Minimum 4 years of relevant audit experience in a professional accounting firm (experience in mid-tier or international environment preferred).

• Member of HKICPA, CPA Australia, or equivalent accounting body(required).

• Solid knowledge of HKFRS/IFRS and auditing standards.

• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Good command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
